What is Digital Signage?

Digital signage is the use of computer-driven displays, such as plasma screens, LCD panels, and projectors to present rich-media information to a wide variety of audiences. Other terms such as narrowcasting, electronic billboards, digital messaging and place-based media are also used to describe this communication tool.

Digital signage displays data format such as text, image, video or MP3 that can be stored in portable storage devices including CF card or SD. Such data may also be downloaded through a network system, which allows scheduled content displayed or display through network streaming media.

Through the digital signage network, Multiple displays can be managed from a single point.
